You do not need a US driver’s license to book a car with us; however, a valid driver’s license is required, and most international driver’s licenses are accepted.

Multiple guests can drive the car you’ve booked if they are all approved to drive. The primary driver (the person who booked the car) can add additional drivers at no extra cost. Only the primary driver can request to add drivers. We recommend that you request to add additional drivers before your trip begins, although renters can request to add a driver while a trip is in progress.

In case of an emergency or car trouble, please call us right away. Your safety is our top priority, and we’re here to help you get back on the road as quickly as possible.

Absolutely! Our customers can confidently take rented vehicles into Sonora, Mexico, but it is crucial to inform us at the time of rental.

I understand that dealing with a breakdown or accident can be stressful. If you find yourself in this situation, please don’t hesitate to call our roadside assistance number, which is provided during your rental. Additionally, it’s important to reach out to the authorities in Mexico and obtain a police report.

Generally, vehicles must be returned to the original rental location in Arizona. Please discuss specific arrangements or additional fees for different drop-off locations with our staff.

Cross-border Mexico insurance will exclusively provide coverage within the state of Sonora, Mexico. Traveling outside of Sonora is against our policy.
